I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
On the log in page click forgotten password. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password NB: Please additionally check your inbox 'junk' mail for correspondance. You will then be able to log in with this new password in the future.
Which cards do you accept?
The cards we accept are listed at the bottom of all pages. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa Debit & Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.
When will my order be dispatched?
Products are dispatched from our Nottingham warehouse between Monday and Friday (3pm). Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Will I receive confirmation my order has been dispatched?
Yes. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
No. Once 'submit order' is clicked, your order is sent immediately to our warehouse to process for delivery. You cannot then amend the order.

How long do your deliveries take?

Do you offer FREE DELIVERY?
Yes, BPD Store offers Free Delivery on all orders over £150.00
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
BPD Store is unable to deliver to countries outside of the United Kingdom. If you have an enquiry for an overseas location please contact our sales administration department on 0161 905 5705 for further information.
